This post is posted in relation to the poem 'The River' by Valerie Bloom. Look at the similarities between the poem and how the word 'river' is portrayed in the trailer.
The River is original, fresh and suspenseful found footage based TV Series from the creator of the "Paranormal Activity" franchise Oren Peli.
Storyline: When Dr. Emmet Cole from TV's Undiscovered Country goes missing, his wife and son get together with Emmet's old crew and go looking for him in the Amazon, where he was last looking for something unnatural before he disappeared. As he would always say, "There's magic out there!" expect zombies, ghosts, angels and possession etc. all within this 8 episodes of "The River"
Unfortunately the show was cancelled after finishing its first season, Neflix have brought the rights and are hoping to continue.
